As part of our new C.B.A. We have the option to buy up into the CSEA Employee Benefit Fund Dental Plans. If you opt for E.B.F., you would be responsible for paying the difference between what the Town currently pays for your benefits, and the E.B.F. premium.
In order for us to get the group rates listed in the below chart, we must have 50% of our membership opt into the program. We need to get an estimate of how many members would like to join the E.B.F. in order to facilitate the program.
